Wij doen zorgvuldig ons best de bestelling zo spoedig mogelijk bij u af te leveren. Bestellingen die op werkdagen vóór 15:00 worden geplaatst, worden dezelfde dag nog verstuurd. Het kan voorkomen dat producten niet op voorraad zijn waardoor de verzending wat vertraging kan oplopen. Op onze product pagina staat een indicatie van de levertijden. Mochten wij om wat voor reden dan ook deze levertijd niet halen, dan brengen wij u hier natuurlijk zo spoedig mogelijk van op de hoogte.

Levering verloopt via de postbode of pakketbezorger van POSTNL. Over het algemeen zal de aflevering de eerstvolgende werkdag tussen 9:00 en 18:00 plaatsvinden. Helaas kunnen wij het moment van aflevering niet garanderen

Retournering
Je hebt 30 dagen bedenktijd op het moment dat je je bestelling ontvangt. Is het artikel toch niet wat je zocht en is het artikel in originele staat en onbeschadigd? Dan mag je jouw artikel(en) retourneren. Meld je retour eerst aan via info@koelsjaaltje.nl. Noteer hierbij het bestelnummer en het artikel wat je graag wilt retourneren. Let op: retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening!

In principe mag je alle artikelen retourneren zolang het artikel in de originele staat- en onbeschadigd is. Voor eventuele waardevermindering die ontstaat omdat je het artikel op een andere manier hebt gebruikt mogen we je aansprakelijk stellen en loop je de kans dat het bedrag niet wordt terugbetaald.

Shipping & Delivery
The delivery rate is calculated via the website store.
We aim to send your order out within 1 working day. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number in order to follow the package online.
(note for delivery outside Europe, additional import duties and custom charges are the responsibility of the consumer)

Returns & Replacements
You may at any time within 14 working days of delivery of the product to you change your mind and cancel your order and receive a full refund provided that you return the product to us in its original condition and with its original packaging and all tags attached. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
